Japan Eyewear Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), endeavor to meet the expectations of our stakeholders by always being true to our philosophy,

To achieve a sustainable growth and to improve the corporate value over the mid - to long-term, we endeavor to improve efficiency and transparency and will strive to improve the corporate governance.

Overview

As a holding company, we aim to improve the company value through appropriate management and supervision of the entire group by promoting an accurate, a timely and an efficient business approach.
We have thus formulated this approach into a basic corporate governance structure as shown in the diagram below.
