Our company was newly listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market on November 16, 2023.  We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our stakeholders, including our customers and business partners, for their support and consideration.

 

Our company was established in 2021 as a holding company that integrates the two brands of Kaneko Optical founded in 1958 as Kaneko Optical Shokai and of Four Nines founded in 1995.

Both of these brands are an established eyewear brands that mainly sell glasses in the mid- to high-priced range.  Kaneko Optical sells through approximately 80 directly managed stores in Japan and abroad, while Four Nines sells through approximately 15 directly managed stores in Japan and abroad, as well as through the storefronts of many dealers.

 

We are strongly committed to the fact that the frames we sell are manufactured in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, one of the world's three major eyewear production centers.  Out of all, Kaneko Optical which possesses three in-house factories in Sabae City is unique in the industry by establishing an integrated production strategy from planning, designing and manufacturing of eyewear frames their selves. 

This strong commitment has been well appreciated by our customers not only in Japan but also overseas, and our business performance has remained strong.
